Semi-Personal yoga class

Personal yoga can be expensive, though it is one on one. Group yoga is impersonal and doesn't fit your needs and goals. Find the sweet spot of Semi-personal yoga at Satchitananda yoga shala.

With a small group of 6 members, we take classes where the sessions are tailored, customised to each and every individual's needs and goals.

Be it health issues, injuries, emotional or mental stress from IT work or family problems, We work with you to help find solutions and guide you to be centered, calm and peaceful.

We use different styles of yoga, as below -

"After spending years in the IT field, I realized it wasn’t truly fulfilling me. That’s when I found my passion in yoga—helping people become healthier, stronger, and more centered.

With 14 years of teaching experience, I’ve learned just how powerful yoga can be, and I feel deeply committed to passing on the wisdom I’ve gained from the great teachers before me. My goal is to inspire and train the next generation of yoga teachers so that even more people can experience the incredible benefits of this practice.

Fluent in English, Hindi, and Telugu, I’ve spent eight years with Toastmasters International, sharpening my public speaking and communication skills.

I guide you on a journey to transform stress into strength and rigidity into resilience. Together, we work to heal limiting emotional patterns and build a powerful, flexible foundation for both your body and mind.

And I’m always eager to connect, teach, and grow alongside my students.

Before I started with Everlean Yoga, my shoulders and back hurt badly. Mr. Gopinath asked me the right questions during the initial consultation to identify my problem areas. He made me do stress relieving breathing exercises (pranayama) along with shoulder exercises that greatly reduced the pain in my shoulders and back in less than 2 weeks. After about 4 weeks, I had no pain at all.

The asanas and stretches were very helpful in loosening up my joints and hips, and improved my sleep as well. I would highly recommend Mr. Gopinath’s classes at Everlean yoga because he truly cares for the well being of his students and shares useful information all the time. The yoga sessions are customized to meet individual students’ needs, and the instructor is always making sure that the students are using the correct form.

Its been 4 months since I joined Everlean Yoga. My main goals are body flexibility and discipline. I can say it really changed the way of my living. I went to offline classes(huge yoga studio) as well as attending online classes now. Gopinath sir is extremely talented and well knowledgeable person.

Sir asks before and after every session, if any pain or issues to make sure it will be handled during the session. Also if we are doing it wrong, he corrects it immediately. He always available to discuss offline as well. He advices to listen to our body & observes keenly, based on that, he recommends a combination of Exercises, Stretches, Asanas or Chakra meditations to help sooth and calm our body.

I was having back ache due to work from home and poor posture. Sir provided valuable suggestions to correct the seating arrangement and posture. With in days, I got rid of my back ache. Also, I had a nerve pinching pain on the right side of my spine, sir made me to do some personalized stretches and the point of pain released with in a day. Also Gopi sir supports multiple classes during morning and evening. If I have any meetings/personal work, I have the flexibility to choose the slot that works best for me.

F.A.Q'S

1. What kind of yoga do you offer?

A: We offer traditional hatha and raja yoga with other styles of yoga as well. You will get Yogic detox, a variety of asanas, pranayama, meditation, healing etc.,

2. Do you offer online yoga or only offline?

A: Both online and offline. Though at the studio, you have a special advantage of interacting, and practicing. You can do both - if you travel or can't attend the studio for any reason, you can join online.

3. What styles of yoga do you teach?

A: Raja yoga, hatha yoga, ashtanga vinyasa yoga, vinyasa yoga, YIN yoga, therapeutic yoga, restorative yoga, aerial yoga, power interval yoga, Garbhasanskar (fertility & pre and post natal yoga), chair yoga, kid's yoga

4. What are the timings of the classes?

A: See above in the section meant for it.

5. I have health problems, injuries and stress. will you be able to help me?

A: Yes. We first go through your lifestyle situation, diet, sleep, stress etc., and come up with a customized plan suited for you and guide you towards your goals.

6. What is the batch strength?

A: We have small batch sizes to help with more personal issues.

7. Can I come at different timings, as my work time changes?

A: Yes, you may.

8. I will be traveling in between or might miss some classes. will you compensate?

A: No. You can join online for those times when you travel. Another option is to go for three month, 6 months and 1 year packages. They give you extra time for the classes missed.

        1 month - no extra time.

        3 months - 1 week extra

        6 months - 2 weeks extra

        12 months - 1 month extra 

    Please note, as you go for longer time period membership, you get a lower price/month and on top of that the extra time is given for missing classes due to travel, sickness, functions etc.,

9. Will you give any discount?

A: Please go for 3 months or longer package and you will get a good discount. Another option is to get friends or family members to join with you. In that case, we can give some discount. Please check with the shala (studio).

10. What are the timings for the classes?

A:  Class timings are given in the section above. Please check.

11. Why should I join Satchitananda yoga shala?

A: We offer a customised yoga guidance vs. impersonal group yoga at other studios. Our experience of helping people heal, get centered, become flexible and strong physically and mentally should guide you to make the decision.

12. Will the fee be refunded?

A: No refunds allowed, if you can't attend. However, you can use it for a future date (only one reschedule allowed if intimated ahead of time).
